1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Trueowned, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Trueowned on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Use of the service

Trueowned provides tools to import, edit, brand, and publish websites. You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, edit, or publish through the service and for making sure your use complies with applicable laws.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Ownership and licenses

You retain ownership of your website content and code. You grant Trueowned the limited rights needed to host, process, preview, export, and publish your sites as directed by you. We retain ownership of the Trueowned platform, software, templates, and related technology.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, interfere with service operation, violate third-party rights, publish unlawful content, or use the service to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content.

6. Billing

Paid plans, credits, and add-ons are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Third-party services

Trueowned may integrate with services such as hosting providers, source control platforms, payment processors, AI providers, and storage providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueowned disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
